Please give your thanks to @revive_swypeout on Twitter for providing this. They kept a Windows XP machine around for 11 years with Swypeout installed on it! Feel free to redistribute this; Swypeout is abandonware and the trademark has since expired.

This download does not come with a installer, so you'll have to copy the Swypeout Battle Racing folder contained inside the ZIP file to somewhere accessible. Your Documents folder should be good enough. Once the folder has been copied out, open the folder and double click Swypeout.exe to run Swypeout!

On the 26th of March 2020, a dump of an installation disc for Swypeout was uploaded at https://archive.org/details/swypeout_cd-rom and is what kickstarted my interest in Swypeout once more.

It's worth noting that the disc appears to contain a prototype version of sorts, with missing assets in places, however when the game was active, the updater executable would run and download the newest version of the game (a day one patch of sorts) when running the game for the first time after installation. Putting what Spin Master had at the time on the installation discs was most likely done to reduce the size of the update size.
